Zayed National Museum
MuseumTurning curatorial ambition into immersive storytelling at scale.
Bring us the ambition.
We’ll find the form.
When there’s a space, a story or an opportunity but not yet a clear answer, we shape the idea, build the right team and take it through delivery.
A seed of an idea.
An empty space.
A story to tell.
That’s enough to start. We help find the core, test what’s possible and turn it into something people can see, understand and build.

0 → 1
- 01
Find the Core
Story. Feeling. Purpose.
- 02
Give It Form
Make the idea tangible.
- 03
Build Around It
The right people. The right plan.
- 04
Make It Real
Produce. Integrate. Deliver.
The brief shapes the team.
Not the other way around.
Max leads every commission, then builds the senior team around what the idea actually needs.
The people can change from project to project. The creative accountability doesn’t.
Ways to work together
Discovery
For an early idea, space or opportunity that needs direction. Find what matters, test the strongest routes and decide what is worth pursuing.
Concept & Design
Turn the chosen direction into something people can see, understand, cost and approve.
Studio Production
Build the right specialist team and carry the idea through production, integration, install and delivery.
Agency / Partner Support
Senior creative direction within an existing agency, production or technical team when the idea needs shaping or holding together.
"Was such a pleasure working with Max, he not only understood the brief, he brought it to a deeper creative depth and elevated the project as a whole. We are really appreciative of working together with him"
"Max’s work was extremely well put together: clean, clear and very well structured. It made our job much easier."
